Use of computer



Computers are made up of complex hardware and software which have been designed to help the general population carry out arithmetic and logical operations.

now a days use of computer is very important. It used at work and anywhere for any purposes, but it is better to use computer for positive purposes.

In my opinion it is good to be familiar with computer because it makes easier our daily works. although computers have been manufactured and used to make daily chourse faster and more efficient for not only population, but also business.
There are some disadvantages which comes along with the advantages. Some advantages and dis advantages of computers are:

It important for children to eat healthy food



Healthy eating means eating a wide variety of nutritious food from all the food groups. It is important for children to eat healthy food. These foods contain lots of vitamins and minerals. Eating a wide variety of foods groups will help you grow.

1- Food with lots of rich nutrients help with brain and motor development.
2- Healthy habits at a young age lead to healthy habits later.
3-Healthy prevent long term diseases etc. Also helps prevent oral health problems like cavities and gum disease.
So the children must eat healthy food like fruit, vegetable, bread grains such as rice, ,pasta, beans, lean meat, chicken without skin, fish, cheese, milk, yogurt because they give energy and the children can grow well. We shouldn't allow for children to eat junk food or fast food like sweet biscuits, chocolate, chips, ice cream, burger, lollies, cake muffin because these foods don not have many vitamins, minerals or fibre. Eating these foods not necessary and these are extra. Also they contains lots of sugary and fat or both.

So eating too much fast food or junk food can cause obesity and immunity. If children eat these kind of food. They become overweight or obese and they will have many health problem from their young age. Also eating fast food or junk food can increase risk of heart disease, cholesterol, blood pressure and stroke. We can say it is important for children to eat healthy food and grow well.

Stress



Stress is the body's way of responding to demand or pressure. It can be caused by both good and bad experience. In many cause stress is a healthy reaction. It can helps us cope with lives challenges. However too much stress or prolonged stress can affect people physical and mental health. Everyone responds differently to stress depending on personality, cultural background, social circumstance of life, past experience, stage of life, support networks and the situation we find ourselves in.

Stress can be very dangerous and can cause different diseases, like high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack and mental problems. Also it destroy people's happiness and it has bad affect society because it makes people sick when stress gets increases. So people in that society cannot do well their life activities and the society gets worst and cannot
develop. It is very important to know about what causes stress?
Causes stress include: Interpersonal relationship problems, personal family illness, death of relatives or friends, work
or study pressure, financial problems, jobless and insecurity etc.

So we can say stress affects on body and people's life. we should try to do something that stress decreases. Talk to someone, visit your GP doctor to check your physical health and well being, exercise, limit alcohol, take time out, thinking positive, relaxing and do activities we love.

Junk food




One thing that make people overweight is eating junk food. Chips, Candy and sugary snack are called junk food. Junk food is very harmful for everyone specially for children's health. When children have too much fat and sugary in their diet, they can become overweight or obese. Bing overweight or obese is a big problem that casts money. Also overweight people have more health issues and they are less productive.

It is very important that parents should care about their children's health and make healthy food for them. Parents try to carriage their children to eat healthy food and do exercise. When children get habit to have healthy food and do more regular exercise they can stay away from junk food. All children's schools should limit the sales of junk food and soda in school cafeterias. So we can say junk food is very harmful for children and other people because it causes overweight or obese and different diseases.
